These terms of purchase and refund policy apply to all purchases made through our website, over the phone, at live events, or by any other means. At Property Preps, we are committed to delivering high-quality programs, books, and premium value offers. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary, so we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and equity.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the products or services offered by our affiliates. Any purchases made through a third-party affiliate are subject to that affiliate’s own terms and conditions.

VIP Tier (£395) Eligible for Refunds

We want you to gain maximum value from our challenge! If you participated fully each day but still feel it did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund after the challenge concludes on Friday. To be eligible, you must:

Attend every session with your camera on
Complete all assigned homework
Submit your completed homework using the refund request form

Non-Refundable Tiers

General Admission (£97): General Admission tickets are non-refundable.
Platinum Tickets These tickets are non-refundable, as they include live participation and Q&A opportunities.

Exceptions

If you accidentally bought a challenge ticket as part of a book upsell, you may request a refund before the challenge starts.

If you purchased a ticket on the first day of the challenge week before 4 PM GMT and decide not to participate, you can request a refund.

By attending an event, whether live or online, you consent to being audio and video recorded and photographed. You grant us permission to use your name, likeness, and any audio, video, or photographic recordings of you from the event for any purpose, in any manner, and in any medium, now known or developed in the future. You irrevocably authorize us to use these materials without any further compensation to you and without the right to review or approve the final product.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts of hostility, telecommunications outages, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
